國(guó)際功能點(diǎn)組織(IFPUG)副總裁Christine Green女士，將代表IFOUG出席“2018（第三屆）中國(guó)軟件估算大會(huì)”并發(fā)表主題演講，她的演講題目是：Function Points – the support for an “Agile” for Scope Control。
IFPUG成立于1986年，是一個(gè)非盈利性機(jī)構(gòu)，是國(guó)際上成立最早的功能點(diǎn)研究和推廣機(jī)構(gòu)，他們研制的IFPUG功能點(diǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是第一個(gè)ISO認(rèn)可并發(fā)布的功能點(diǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，Christine Green女士在2018中國(guó)軟件估算大會(huì)的演講主題及內(nèi)容如下：Function Points – the support for an “Agile” for Scope Control
Haven’t we all tried it? Scope is creeping, Project is slipping, Client and Delivery organisation losing money and time, End users does not feel they get what they need.
A lot of time the slipping is due to lack of knowledge of the scope at the time of the creation of the contract or project planning. Agile approaches can solve this issue – but it can be hard to go all the way and be truly Agile. Brining Agile, Scope Control and Tracking and Function Points together and use the best of the three areas will improve your estimating, planning and control of your project.
Using size measure – such as Function Points – can help in any type of project and can make scope control a walk in the park. Let’s bridge the gap between the need for the well-known agreement of the scope and the need for more Agile project execution using Size Measures - such as Function Points
Christine Green女士主要工作經(jīng)歷：
Christine Green’s is the current IFPUG Board of Directors - Vice President. Christine’s focus as an IFPUG board member is to improve the method and services that IFPUG is providing to their members. One of the ways is to focus on the broader perspective of benchmarking and measurement.
With 20 years of experience within IT outsourcing and more than 15 years of experience in estimating and benchmarking IT Projects Christine Green is considered an expert within Process Improvement with special focus on Metric, Measurement, Benchmarking, Dashboard and Estimating and moving troubled projects to a successful go live.
Outside of her IFPUG work Christine is an Independent consultant and advicery and have her own company IPbyGreen (a Danish Consultant Company) with the primary focus for smarter and more cost sufficient software services from both a purchasing and delivery perspective
Christine Green has a Master’s of Science Degree within Mathematics and Computer Science, in addition to her certifications as PMI Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, IFPUG Certified Function Points Specialist.
